本政策说明 Upaya（「我们」）在提供网站 upaya.world 及 macOS、Windows、Android 客户端（合称「服务」）时，收集哪些信息、为什么收集、保存多久，以及你可以怎样删除。
一、我们不记录的
- 你通过 Upaya 访问的网站、应用、目标地址或域名；
- 你传输的内容；
- 你连接接入点时使用的源 IP 地址、连接时间与时长。
接入点服务器不保存连接日志。为了执行每月流量额度，服务只统计每个账户本月累计使用的字节数，不关联到任何具体的访问记录。
二、我们收集的

付款通过公开的区块链完成。我们不收集银行卡或其他支付账户信息，也从不接触你的钱包私钥或助记词。
三、客户端
- 客户端不包含广告、统计分析或第三方追踪 SDK；
- 不读取通讯录、位置、相册、短信或其他个人内容；
- Android 客户端使用系统的 VpnService 接口，只用于在你的设备与 Upaya 接入点之间建立加密隧道，不会读取或修改经过隧道的内容；
- 登录令牌保存在设备本地的加密存储中。
客户端在连接前会校验接入点配置的数字签名，以确保只连接到 Upaya 的服务器。
四、与第三方共享
我们不出售、出租或交换你的个人信息。仅在以下必要情形下与服务商共享最少的信息：
- Resend：发送验证码邮件，只涉及你的邮箱地址和邮件内容；
- BNB Smart Chain 公共节点：查询链上付款是否到账，只涉及充值地址，不包含你的邮箱或其他个人信息；
- 服务器托管商：我们的服务器运行在第三方数据中心。
如法律要求我们提供信息，我们只能提供上文「我们收集的」范围内确实存在的数据。
五、保存期限与删除
- 账户与订阅信息保存到你删除账户为止；
- 你可以在客户端的「账户」页或登录网站个人中心后自行删除账户。删除后，邮箱、密码哈希、登录令牌、订阅与流量统计会被立即清除；
- 已经发生的链上交易记录在公开区块链上，任何人都无法删除，但删除账户后我们这边不再保留它与你邮箱之间的对应关系。
六、安全
网站与客户端之间的通信全程使用 TLS 加密；客户端与接入点之间使用加密隧道。密码只以加盐哈希形式保存。
七、儿童
服务不面向 13 周岁以下的儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
八、政策变更与联系
本政策如有实质变更，我们会更新本页的生效日期。对本政策有任何问题，或需要协助删除数据，请联系：support@upaya.world
Privacy Policy (English)
Effective September 13, 2026. This summary is provided for convenience; the Chinese version above prevails.
We do not log the websites, apps or destinations you access through Upaya, the content you transmit, or the source IP address, time or duration of your connections. Our access-point servers keep no connection logs. To enforce the monthly data allowance we only count the total bytes used per account per month.
We collect your email address (sign-in, verification codes, password recovery); a salted scrypt hash of your password; session tokens; subscription status (expiry, balance, selected access point); monthly data usage in bytes; and payment records (the deposit address assigned to you, on-chain transaction hash, token and amount). Payments are made on a public blockchain; we never collect card details and never have access to your wallet keys.
Apps contain no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs and do not access contacts, location, photos or messages. The Android app uses Android's VpnService solely to create an encrypted tunnel between your device and Upaya's servers; it does not inspect or modify traffic.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We use Resend to send verification emails (email address only), public BNB Smart Chain nodes to confirm payments (deposit address only), and third-party data centers to host our servers.
Retention and deletion. Account data is kept until you delete your account, which you can do yourself in the app's Account screen or in the website's account center. Deletion immediately removes your email, password hash, sessions, subscription and usage data. On-chain transactions are public and cannot be erased by anyone, but we no longer retain their link to your email.
Children. The service is not directed to children under 13.
